Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design scalable system architectures specifically tailored for the operational requirements of 2026, including high-frequency data processing and edge computing.
- Predictive AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics models into core infrastructure to automate and optimize enterprise workflows.
- Quantum Transition Strategy: Develop a migration strategy to prepare legacy systems for Quantum computing environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous load testing and optimization to ensure systems remain stable and responsive under extreme future growth scenarios.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning focused on future tech stacks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols (Zero Trust Architecture) to protect sensitive data in an increasingly connected world.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or similar systems programming languages; deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to business solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
