Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Oversee the research and implementation of advanced AI models and quantum-resistant encryption protocols.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest standards of software quality and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in full-stack software development and systems architecture.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing engineering teams.
