Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust software architectures tailored for advanced AI and autonomous agents.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Work closely with the CTO to set the technical vision and strategic milestones for our upcoming product releases.
- Prototype Future Tech: Spearhead experimental projects in quantum computing integration, neural interfaces, and edge computing.
- Ensure Reliability: Implement rigorous testing protocols and security measures to ensure system integrity in high-stakes environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to align technical capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and their application in real-world systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
