Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, focusing on AGI and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neuromorphic hardware with advanced software algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all future tech deployments.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to validate feasibility and market fit.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future system deployments and optimize for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles or experience with next-gen hardware integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
