Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, specifically AI Agents and Predictive Analytics.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen microservices.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all architectural decisions align with regulatory compliance and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
