Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced AI/ML models with a focus on predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring novel algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Intelligence.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
