Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that align with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures utilizing microservices, serverless, and edge computing.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate abstract requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to assess viability for production use.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level technical challenges with innovative solutions.
