Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying key technological trends and opportunities.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure and AI-driven platforms.
- Technology Research: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness) and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and implement strategies to ensure system security and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and solving complex engineering challenges.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
