Responsibilities

- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior architects and junior developers alike.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions in previous roles, with a portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences effectively.
- Agility: Experience working in agile/DevOps environments with a focus on rapid iteration and deployment.
