Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our architecture.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype new technologies (e.g., AI agents, spatial computing) to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems capable of supporting high-volume global operations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and product managers.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with R&D departments to ensure feasibility of experimental projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Forward-Thinking: Proven track record of identifying and implementing next-generation technologies before they become mainstream.
