Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for quantum-AI hybrid computing systems targeting 2026 deployment
- Develop strategic roadmaps for autonomous infrastructure and human-machine symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into technical specifications
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling technical narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen development methodologies
- Publish whitepapers on ethical AI frameworks and quantum-safe cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or related field + 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (post-2020)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling systems to petabyte-scale+ deployments
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized AI frameworks
- Experience securing government/DoD contracts for next-gen tech
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
