Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-level system architecture for 2026-ready Agentic AI ecosystems.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, LLM optimization, and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time inference and predictive analytics in edge computing environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for transitioning legacy infrastructure to future-proof, cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) for immediate application.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search engines.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
