Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance neural network models for enterprise deployment.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product lines.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency performance in distributed environments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers within the 2026 cohort.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI safety and ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
