Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and prioritize emerging technologies that will drive business value in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for advanced technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, assessing feasibility and integration potential.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with the HR team to define skill requirements and attract top-tier talent specialized in futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering role with a strong strategic focus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to navigate uncertainty and make high-stakes decisions based on data and forward-looking analysis.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex change initiatives.
