Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business applications.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across all engineering teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages, specifically Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
