Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable system architectures aligned with the 2026 technological vision.
- Pioneer AI & Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing principles into our core infrastructure.
- System Scalability: Lead efforts to refactor legacy systems into cloud-native, serverless architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future systems adhere to the highest security protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, systems architecture, or software engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) or quantum computing simulation tools.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, high-stakes engineering challenges.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
