Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures for next-generation AI models, ensuring scalability and resilience for 2026 workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Edge Computing to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Technical Strategy: Translate abstract future tech concepts into concrete, actionable technical roadmaps and development milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and hire top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical evangelist, communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all future systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI or machine learning architecture roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and apply them to solve real-world business problems before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
