Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-generation software solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead research into emerging technologies including Agentic AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and spatial computing.
- Define technical standards and best practices for our future product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term product development.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, long-term projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, future-focused environments.
