Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on AI-driven automation and neural interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (Quantum, AR/VR, Advanced AI) and prototype viable concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all systems developed under the Project 2026 umbrella.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and technical debt management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year technical projects with high budget requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is required.
