Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in developing MVPs for 2026-era technologies
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present disruptive technology frameworks to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Establish patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing and neural networks
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts to influence corporate innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Deep understanding of tech policy landscapes across 15+ countries
- Portfolio of deployed innovations generating $50M+ in market value
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++ preferred)
