- Mentor 8+ engineers through structured innovation frameworks
- Establish KPIs measuring societal impact beyond commercial metrics
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape future tech policies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with AI focus
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $2M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
