Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen quantum computing applications

- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Pioneer patent-pending technologies in quantum-secure communications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized quantum/AI solutions
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and error-corrected architectures
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or peer-reviewed conferences
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or DoD innovation contracts
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor scaling challenges beyond Moore's Law
