Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 2026 commercialization focus
- Architect and implement strategic innovation roadmaps across emerging domains
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Identify and secure novel technological opportunities through market analysis
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and cultivate a culture of bold experimentation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future tech
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to market
