Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop 2026-ready technology roadmaps
- Identify and integrate emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused execution
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech incubation programs
- Publish industry-defining white papers on 2026 tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director/VP level
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling patented technologies to market
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves beyond 2025
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets and P&L
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or German for global partnerships
