Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-integrated systems and neuro-adjacent AI
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Drive innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology deployment
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future tech vision to C-suite stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies
