Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and spatial computing.
- Lead a cross-functional R&D team to prototype and validate next-generation software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Oversee technical feasibility studies for experimental technologies like neural interfaces and advanced robotics.
- Establish best practices for future-proof codebases and scalable architecture.
- Present technical vision and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and leading high-impact R&D projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological trends accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
