Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of high-availability, scalable, and secure systems using modern cloud-native technologies and microservices.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure FutureScale Solutions remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
