Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our 2026 Core Platform, integrating cutting-edge AI and next-gen algorithms.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our "Future Ready" product suite, ensuring long-term viability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready software.
- Optimize system performance and security for next-generation hardware environments.
- Establish best practices for scalability, data integrity, and innovation in the 2026 ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or futuristic tech development.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Experience with neural networks, predictive modeling, and large-scale data processing.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
