Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive 5-year vision, identifying key emerging technologies such as advanced AI, quantum computing, and edge architecture.
- Strategic Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation software architectures that prioritize scalability, security, and high-performance computing.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies to determine their viability for immediate integration.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire a culture of innovation, guiding senior engineers and architects in adopting futuristic methodologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value propositions for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, IT architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years out) with a focus on disruptive technologies and market trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
