Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Identify and evaluate new software vendors, partnership opportunities, and acquisition targets to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future platforms.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and data security best practices.
