Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and edge computing.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
