Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems and AI integrations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) to identify viable product opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and LLM integration.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and plan for future tech stacks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems.
