Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of the long-term technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing concepts, Web3) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Decision Making: Make critical architectural decisions regarding technology selection, infrastructure, and security protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and System Design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
- Innovation Mindset: Strong interest in emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to prototype new solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
