Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence integration across all product lines.
- Architect scalable machine learning models capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex algorithms into user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy and deployment speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of system design patterns and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
