Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in developing next-gen algorithms and scalable architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology vision with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current infrastructure.
- Drive innovation initiatives and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure data security and ethical AI practices across all future projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and quantum computing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
