Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically designed to achieve market dominance by 2026.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to drive automation.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and edge computing to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex tech visions into actionable business strategies.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and prototype testing for futuristic tech concepts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
