Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic innovation impact and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation strategy
