Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for global market expansion
- Lead research initiatives on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to commercialize next-gen innovations
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 10x potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of 5-8 senior technology strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling tech operations across 3+ international markets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
