- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Readiness.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and disruption.
- Architecture Design: Design future-proof system architectures that can scale efficiently as we transition to next-gen computing paradigms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for future initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with a focus on future trends and innovation.
