- Present strategic insights to executive board and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with Silicon Valley innovation labs and academic institutions
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental tech projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of scaling digital transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research on emerging tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with agile frameworks and DevOps methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
