Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS ML Specialty)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
