Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and societal impact frameworks
