Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future-tech implications
- Experience with scenario planning for 2030+ technology landscapes
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and emerging global tech regulations
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
