Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into product roadmaps
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026+ technologies
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of exponential thinking
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and their impact on tech adoption strategies
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives to achieve carbon-negative operations by 2030
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to enterprise-level impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and Web3 architecture
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for cross-continental partnerships
