Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology innovation roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong business acumen with MBA or equivalent strategic planning certification
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in technology or business publications
