Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Define technical roadmaps and KPIs for innovation initiatives
- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
