Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with global partners
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in AI, biotech, or space tech
- Experience securing government/private innovation funding
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused solutions
