Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation impact
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in emerging tech fields (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
