Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Lead stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and finance teams
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and impact
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technical architectures
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with ESG goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, or AI ethics
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global enterprises
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation or Technology Foresight
- Prior C-suite or VP-level strategic planning experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (HBR, MIT Tech Review)
