- Secure federal innovation grants for climate-positive tech initiatives
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and engineers through quarterly hackathons
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology journals
- Drive partnerships with NASA, Tesla, and WHO on next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent with 3 peer-reviewed papers
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in securing federal grants ($10M+ total)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Published author in technology futurism (minimum 2 books)
